Looking for my lost younger brother, Terrence Hobbs

I recently discovered that I have a younger brother. I’m looking for that long lost brother. His birth name was Terrence Alan Hobbs. He was adopted immediately after birth. And it’s believe his first name might have been changed to Nick (unsure). He may not even know that he was adopted. His birth date is either in August or September 1965. He was born in Southampton General Hospital, England. The birth mother’s name is Ruby Veronica Hobbs (Birthday April, 1944) and the birth father’s name John Langton Hobbs (Birthday April 1942). For whatever reason it’s believed that he currently lives in Andover, UK. His birth record is supposed to be Social Service in Winchester, UK.
